The cybercriminal group EncryptHub, driven by financial gains, has been observed conducting sophisticated phishing campaigns to deploy malware that steals information and ransomware. According to a report by Outpost24 KrakenLabs, EncryptHub targets users of popular applications by distributing trojanized versions of these applications. Additionally, the group is working on a new product called EncryptRAT.
