
US Department of Justice Charges 12 Chinese Nationals for State-Sponsored Cyber Espionage

The United States Department of Justice (DoJ) has indicted 12 Chinese nationals for their alleged involvement in state-linked cyber espionage operations. Among the accused are security officers of the People's Republic of China, employees of the hacking company i-Soon, and members of the APT27 group (also known as Emissary Panda, TG-3390, Bronze Union, and Lucky Mouse). These individuals are accused of data theft and global suppression of dissent.
