An international law enforcement operation led by the U.S. Secret Service has seized the domain of the Russian crypto exchange Garantex, which was sanctioned by the U.S. Department of the Treasury in April 2022. The website "garantex[.]org" has been taken offline. Garantex, active since 2019, was targeted for its illegal activities.
