The Medusa ransomware has affected more than 300 critical infrastructure organizations, according to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This ransomware has targeted various sectors, including healthcare, communications, and public services. The attacks occurred between June 2022 and June 2023.
