LockBit Ransomware Developer Extradited and Admits Involvement

A ransomware developer has been extradited and admitted to working for the LockBit group. Law enforcement discovered administrator credentials on the suspect's computer, granting access to an online repository hosted on the Dark Web. This repository contained the source code for several versions of the LockBit builder. This discovery directly linked the suspect to the ransomware group.
