Relevance of Capture the Flags for SOC Analysts and Other Trainings in My Company

The author's company organizes sessions on various topics, including consultative emulation. On the first day, they participated in CTFs (Capture The Flags), but they didn't know what to do. They were also invited to obtain MAD20 certifications but didn't find the time to learn or take the tests. In the end, a demonstration of Caldera will be given. The author understands the importance of investigating cloud-related alerts, identifying gaps in data detection, and MITRE training, but is unsure of the relevance of CTFs for a SOC analyst.
