Cybercriminals Threaten to Inform Edward Snowden if Victim Doesn't Pay

A group of cybercriminals is threatening to disclose information to Edward Snowden if their victim does not pay up. The extortionists, known as Ox Thief, have sent legal threats to their victims. They claim to have access to sensitive data and threaten to expose it if their demands are not met.
