A member of the Crazy ransomware group is exploiting legitimate employee monitoring software as well as the SimpleHelp remote support tool to maintain persistence in corporate networks, evade detection, and prepare for the deployment of ransomware. This technique allows attackers to use tools considered legitimate to carry out their malicious operations while reducing the risk of being detected by traditional security solutions.
