The page mimicked Cloudflare and instructed users to press Win + R, paste a clipboard command (Ctrl + V), and execute it, which contained an obfuscated PowerShell loader. The address bar displayed the legitimate article URL, but the PowerShell command used dynamic substring reconstruction and minimized window execution.
