Threat Actor "Mr. Raccoon" Claims Major Adobe Data Breach via Third-Party BPO Firm

A threat actor who goes by the name "Mr. Raccoon" has claimed to hack Adobe support via a 3rd party Indian BPO firm. The threat actor alleges a data breach involving over 13 million support ticket details and information on more than 15,000 Adobe employees. They also claim access to Adobe's Microsoft SharePoint instance and the company's HackerOne account. Adobe has not yet responded to these claims.
