Cloudflare R2 Experiences Global Outage Due to Password Rotation Error

Cloudflare R2 experienced a global service outage due to a password rotation error. The new credentials were mistakenly deployed in the development environment instead of the production environment. When the old credentials were removed, the production services lost their valid credentials, resulting in a global outage.
