New Platform CVE Playground Offers Hands-On Learning for Real CVEs
CybersecurityVulnerabilitiesEducationCVEs
We built a platform that teaches you real CVEs the way they actually happened. The platform, called CVE Playground, offers hands-on labs based on real publicly disclosed CVEs, linking each to its original fix commit. Users study the vulnerability, analyze the patch, and complete guided questions in a browser-based environment to earn certificates. Currently available CVEs include Linux kernel, cPanel, GitHub, Sequelize, and pac4j-jwt vulnerabilities. The platform features a dashboard, progress tracking, and a leaderboard.
