Thailand's Ministry of Finance was targeted by an open-source AI agent named Hermes, which was discovered in three exposed open directories on a Hong Kong server between July 9 and 13. Recovered logs show the agent autonomously executed LinPEAS and accessed a ministry web root without human intervention.
