Roskomnadzor Issues Decree on Telecom Data Transmission

Roskomnadzor (RKN) has registered a decree that establishes the procedures, deadlines, composition, and format according to which telecommunications operators must transmit data for the identification of communication devices and user equipment. This decree has raised concerns among market players, who fear it may violate the secrecy of communications and result in high costs for network modernization.
