Beginner's Guide to Learning Capture The Flag (CTF) Challenges

The post is from a cybersecurity student seeking guidance on how to begin learning Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges. The user mentions feeling lost despite hearing recommendations for platforms like picoCTF, TryHackMe, and Hack The Box, as these resources do not provide sufficient foundational learning. They request specific sources (websites, YouTube, etc.) to learn CTF techniques and recommendations for beginner-friendly practice platforms. The user also asks for personal tips and advice from others who started with CTFs.
