T-Mobile Prevents Large-Scale Breach by Chinese-Backed Hackers

T-Mobile successfully prevented a large-scale breach of its network by Chinese-backed hackers after identifying them early in the intrusion. The U.S. phone provider physically disconnected a cable to expel the attackers from its network. The incident is associated with the Salt Typhoon threat group.
