
Just Hacking Training Celebrates Two-Year Anniversary with New Programs and Free Resources
Just Hacking Training is celebrating its upcoming two-year anniversary on October 1st, 2024, and announced several initiatives including a partnership with Women in Cyber Security (WiCyS) for their Cyber Competency Builder program. The program has trained over 700 students across cohorts, with cohort three focusing on web application penetration testing opening applications October 1st. Just Hacking Training released a free community project called Crosswind Systems, a purposely vulnerable website available at crosswindsystems.com for anyone to practice web application hacking, which complements their paid Web App Pentesting Junior Analyst course taught by Mike Lesey, president of Red Team Village. They also announced an upcoming six-course AI hacking series starting with AI Hacking: The Anatomy of an LLM launching in October, created by Eva and Andrew who developed the free OnlyLands.ai prompt injection challenge. The company has released over 100 training items in under two years across courses, upskill challenges, CTFs, and hackalongs, and recently partnered with IoT Village at Blue Team Con where they provided free extended upskill challenges including hacking a smart toilet.
