The Italian Council of Ministers approved a decree schema adapting Italy to the Cyber Resilience Act. ACN (Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale) becomes the notification authority and market surveillance authority under this decree. The implementation includes a sandbox and a dedicated channel for SMEs. The decree introduces changes for manufacturers and importers, with some obligations already active while other issues remain unresolved.
