Voluntary "Pall Mall Process" Aims to Curb Spyware Abuses

The voluntary process known as the "Pall Mall Process" aims to limit the abuses of spyware. Twenty-one signatories, including several European countries as well as Japan and Kosovo, have agreed on several measures, such as the prohibition of suppliers acting illegally. These measures were agreed upon last week in Paris.
