Medical Billing Company Hit by LockBit Ransomware Attack

The company Physicians Medical Billing, which specializes in billing and revenue management for physicians, has fallen victim to an attack by the ransomware group LockBit3.0. The attackers claim to have exfiltrated hundreds of gigabytes of data from the medical entity without the latter detecting the intrusion.
