Bill to Study National Security Risks in Routers Passes House Committee

A bill aimed at studying the national security risks associated with routers has been adopted by a committee of the United States House of Representatives. This legislation, known as the ROUTERS Act, calls on the Department of Commerce to examine routers, modems, and other devices controlled by adversaries of the United States. The main promoters of this bill are Bob Latta and Robin Kelly.
