Preservation Notice Sent to Radford University in Widening Data Leak Case

Lawyers have sent a preservation notice to Radford University leaders to retain all relevant evidence regarding a possible data leak involving former students. Former University of Michigan assistant football coach Matt Weiss has been indicted by a federal grand jury after prosecutors accused him of accessing private student-athlete accounts to obtain potentially compromising images.
