Psychiatric documents containing sensitive information about patients were found scattered near the Elphinstone Medical Clinic in Regina. According to a report from the Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner (SIPC), an individual designated as "Individual A" saw a Facebook post on October 27, 2024, referencing patients. The documents were scattered in an alley and a vacant lot nearby.
