TLS Certificate Validity Period Reduced to 47 Days

The validity period of TLS certificates for servers will be reduced from the current thirteen months to forty-seven days. This decision was made by certification authorities (CAs) and browser manufacturers. However, a transition period of several years is planned to allow administrators to adapt to this change.
