CTM360 has revealed a global increase in SMS scams based on fictitious rewards and tolls. The SMS phishing campaigns, named PointyPhish and TollShark, are powered by the Darcula PhaaS platform. More than 5,000 domains have been used to steal payment information worldwide. Thousands of people have been duped by these fraudulent messages.
