I Got the Job!

The author of the post recently signed an offer letter for a senior cybersecurity analyst position, fully remote, with a good salary and a pleasant work environment focused on cloud security. Although this is their first role in cybersecurity, they served in the military for a few years in an unrelated field, obtained a degree and some certifications, and completed an internship through a military program before being offered this position. They worked as an intern for 4 months and will soon start full-time, focusing primarily on cloud security and compliance.
