Business Service Provider Conduent Reports Data Breach to SEC

Business service provider Conduent has informed the SEC that a cyberattack in January exposed personal data, including names and social security numbers. Conduent confirmed that this cyberattack caused service disruptions after agencies from several U.S. states reported issues.
