On January 17, Behavioral Health Resources ("BHR") notified the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) of a data breach, using "501" as the default value for the number of people affected. BHR also published a preliminary notice on its website, indicating that the breach occurred around November 20, 2024.
