Netskope Criticized for Blocking Conference Website
CybersecurityWebsite BlockingCustomer SupportAccess Control
A client launched a website for an upcoming conference, but Netskope blocked access to the site for a large portion of the potential audience by marking it as a new site. The author of the post tried to submit the URL to Netskope's reputation database, contacted their support via email and phone, but was unable to get help because Netskope does not allow non-clients to submit URLs or contact their support. Therefore, there is no way for a company to get its site approved by Netskope unless it is a client.
