
Imprisoned IRS Contractor Leaked Information of Over 400,000 Taxpayers

Former IRS contractor Charles Littlejohn, currently imprisoned, illegally disclosed the information of more than 400,000 taxpayers, a number significantly higher than what the agency had previously revealed. In a letter to the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, Acting IRS Commissioner Douglas O’Donnell indicated that Littlejohn's illegal disclosures affected 405,427 taxpayers.
