Business Associate Breaches in Healthcare Sector

In September 2016, DataBreaches.net published its first cumulative analysis of data breaches involving business partners in the healthcare sector. At that time, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) did not have a specific method for tracking these types of breaches.
