Researchers have discovered three malicious Go modules containing hidden code capable of downloading payloads to erase the main disk of a Linux system, making it unbootable. These modules include obfuscated code to retrieve second-stage payloads that can wipe the main disk of a Linux system. The Socket threat research team has uncovered this stealthy and highly destructive threat.
