The company Arctic Wolf refused to provide a quote for SOC services to a firm with 200 employees and a large number of workstations and servers. Arctic Wolf did not give a price and simply left the negotiations without showing any interest. The author of the post was not involved in the conversation and wonders if the behavior of their boss or not meeting certain minimum criteria of Arctic Wolf was the cause of this refusal.
