Linux Wiper Malware Hidden in Malicious Go Modules on GitHub

An attack on the supply chain targets Linux servers with wiper-type malware hidden in Golang modules published on GitHub. This malware erases the disks of infected systems. The malicious modules were discovered in GitHub repositories and are presented as legitimate libraries to attract developers. The impacts include total data loss on affected servers.
