Cybersecurity researchers have uncovered two threat groups, named Reckless Rabbit and Ruthless Rabbit by the firm Infoblox, which are orchestrating investment scams through fake celebrity endorsements and hiding their activities using traffic distribution systems (TDSes). These attacks utilize Facebook ads, RDGA domains, and IP address checks to filter victims. Technical details include the use of TDSes to redirect victims to fraudulent sites.
