Polish authorities have arrested four suspects connected to six DDoS-for-hire platforms, which are believed to have facilitated thousands of attacks targeting schools, government services, businesses, and gaming platforms worldwide since 2022. These platforms allowed users to rent services to carry out distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. The impacts include major disruptions to the targeted online services.
