A hacker has exploited a vulnerability in TeleMessage, an application that provides modified versions of encrypted messaging services such as Signal, Telegram, and WhatsApp, to extract archived messages and other data concerning US government officials and companies using this tool, according to 404 Media. TeleMessage gained attention last week following reports that the application was being used by US government officials.
