Cyberattackers responsible for the attacks on Marks & Spencer and Co-op Group have successfully deceived IT support services to reset passwords. The hackers posed as employees, according to a report by BleepingComputer. The cybercriminal group known as "Luna Moth" has intensified its initial intrusion campaigns by using legitimate remote administration tools. These attacks allowed the hackers to gain a foothold in the targeted systems.
