The group TraderTraitor, linked to North Korea, is accused of orchestrating this attack. Last week, Bybit suffered a sophisticated cyberattack during which malicious actors transferred more than 400,000 ETH and stETH, totaling $1.5 billion. This attack is one of the largest cryptocurrency thefts ever recorded.
