Conor Brian Fitzpatrick, known by the alias "Pompompurin," a former administrator of the cybercrime forum Breachforums, has been ordered to pay nearly $700,000 to settle a civil lawsuit brought by a health insurance company whose client data was put up for sale on the forum in 2023. Fitzpatrick, who is 22 years old, is set to be resentenced next month after pleading guilty to charges of fraud related to device access and possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
