Microsoft Update KB5058379 Causes BitLocker Recovery Issues on Windows 10

On May 13, Microsoft released the cumulative update KB5058379 for Windows 10 as part of the May Patch Tuesday. After installation and reboot, many users reported that their devices boot directly into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), prompting for the BitLocker key, even without deliberate changes. This issue is affecting an increasing number of users.
