Amnesty International has revealed that Google has fixed previously unknown vulnerabilities in Android, allowing authorities to unlock phones using forensic tools. According to a report published on Friday by Amnesty International, a chain of three zero-day vulnerabilities developed by the company Cellebrite, which specializes in phone unlocking, was discovered following an investigation into the hacking of a student protester's phone in Serbia.
