Analysts from DomainTools Intelligence (DTI) have discovered more than 100 malicious extensions for the Chrome browser, disguised as VPNs, AI assistants, and cryptographic utilities. These extensions are used to steal cookie files and execute remote scripts in a hidden manner. The impacts include compromising user sessions and stealing login credentials.
