Vietnamese Group Spreads Malware Through Fake AI Video Generator Ads

A group based in Vietnam has disseminated thousands of advertisements, fake websites, and social media posts promising access to popular AI video generation tools from prompts. However, these offers contain infostealers and backdoors. Mandiant, a cybersecurity company, has identified this malicious campaign. Users believing they are downloading legitimate tools end up infected with malware designed to steal information and take control of systems.
