Researchers from GreyNoise have discovered a new botnet called AyySSHush that has compromised more than 9,000 ASUS routers by adding a persistent SSH backdoor. Using an AI-powered network traffic analysis tool called SIFT, GreyNoise detected several abnormal network payloads effortlessly.
