The Rewards for Justice program is offering a $10 million reward for information on Maxim Alexandrovich Rudometov, born in 1999 in the Luhansk region of Ukraine. Rudometov is accused of developing and selling the infostealer malware known as RedLine. He is believed to have regularly accessed and managed the technical infrastructure of RedLine.
