A threat actor linked to Russia has targeted a critical infrastructure organization in Ukraine with a new destructive malware called PathWiper. Researchers from Cisco Talos reported that the attackers used a legitimate endpoint administration tool, indicating they had access to the administrative console, and then used it to deploy the wiper.
