The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has recently published two complementary training guides to bridge the gap between legal requirements, technical implementation, and the understanding of the complex field of artificial intelligence. These guides aim to help professionals better understand and train on the issues of privacy and generative artificial intelligence. The documents address aspects such as the GDPR, the AI Act, the DPIA, the role of the DPO, and the principles of privacy by design and security by design.
