Russian Threat Group APT28 Uses Signal Chats to Target Ukrainian Government Entities with New Malware

The Russian threat group APT28 is using Signal chats to target government entities in Ukraine with two new families of malware named BeardShell and SlimAgent. These attacks specifically target Ukrainian government entities. The technical details of the BeardShell and SlimAgent malware have not been documented previously.
