Iranian and Pro-Regime Cyberattacks Against Americans Since 2011

Since 2011, the Islamic Republic of Iran and pro-regime hackers have conducted dozens of cyber operations against Americans, threatening U.S. national security. On June 30, the U.S. government issued a warning indicating that Iran could launch additional cyberattacks against the United States' critical infrastructure and defense industrial base. These attacks include DDoS operations and target various sectors, including critical infrastructure.
